Customers approach the speaker box while sitting in the driver's seat.
A clean interaction prompt allows them to place their order directly from their vehicle.
The BurgerShot menu opens with dedicated drive-thru styling.
Once confirmed, the order is sent directly into the restaurant workflow.
The kitchen handles everything
Drive-thru orders are handled through the existing BurgerShot kitchen system.
Employees receive the order, collect ingredients and prepare food at the regular cooking stations.
The same skill-based cooking system applies.
Food can be cooked perfectly, undercooked, overcooked or burned depending on the employee's performance.
Dedicated pickup workflow
Once the food is prepared, the assigned cook brings the completed order to a dedicated kitchen-side serving point.
The order is then served to the pickup window.
The customer is notified when the order is ready and can drive to the window to pay and collect their food.
