Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information ACScripts collects when you use our website and store, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We aim to collect only what we need to run the store, deliver your purchases, and support you.

We collect the following:

• Account information — when you sign in with Discord we receive your Discord ID, username, avatar, and email address; when you sign in by email we store the email address you provide.
• Purchase records — order ID, the products you bought, amounts, and status. Payments are handled by Tebex; we receive a record of the transaction but not your full card details.
• Technical data — basic server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested, used for security and diagnostics.
• Cookies — a login/session cookie and a small cookie that remembers your chosen language (see below).

We use your information to:

• Create and secure your account and sign you in;
• Process payments and deliver the products you purchase;
• Show your purchases in your dashboard and grant a customer role in our Discord, if applicable;
• Provide support and respond to your requests;
• Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud or abuse; and
• Meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We use a small number of cookies, and no advertising trackers:

• Authentication cookie — keeps you signed in to your account. Without it, login does not work.
• Language preference — remembers the language you selected so the site (and emails we send you) appear in it.

We share limited data with the providers that help us run the Service. Each only receives what it needs:

• Tebex — payment processing and order management.
• Discord — sign-in (OAuth) and our community bot (customer roles, purchase lookups).
• Resend — sending transactional emails such as your magic-link sign-in.
• Neon — our managed database that stores accounts and purchase records.
• Vercel — website hosting and delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy and security terms.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the service providers listed above, or where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of our users.

We keep your account and purchase records for as long as your account is active and for as long as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, and meet legal or tax obligations. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us on Discord. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and signed, server-side login sessions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to safeguard your data and limit access to it.

Our providers may process and store data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on providers that offer appropriate safeguards for the transfer and protection of your information.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced in our Discord.
