Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ACScripts website, store, and the digital products we sell (collectively, the “Service”). By browsing the site, creating an account, or purchasing a product, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country (and at least 13 years old) to use the Service.

ACScripts sells digital scripts, resources, and assets for FiveM servers. All products are digital goods delivered electronically — there is nothing physical to ship. Product descriptions, features, and compatibility notes are provided on each product page to help you decide before purchase.

When you purchase a product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it on the server(s) covered by your purchase, in accordance with any per-product terms shown at checkout. Some products are protected and distributed through FiveM’s asset escrow (Keymaster) system and are tied to your CFX/FiveM account.

Unless a product page explicitly states otherwise, the license is for your own server use only.

You agree that you will not:

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, or share a product or its files with any third party;
• Publicly post, leak, or upload product files or source to any website, repository, or marketplace;
• Decompile, deobfuscate, or attempt to bypass the asset escrow or any licensing protection on a product;
• Remove or alter any copyright, branding, or attribution contained in a product; or
• Use the Service in any way that violates the FiveM / Cfx.re Terms of Service or applicable law.

Leaking or redistributing our products is a serious breach and may result in immediate license termination without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to us.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Tebex, who acts as the merchant of record for your purchase. By checking out you also agree to Tebex’s terms and privacy policy. We do not see or store your full card details.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change at any time. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply in your jurisdiction unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Products are delivered digitally and automatically after your payment is confirmed — typically within a few minutes. Escrow-protected resources are granted to the CFX/FiveM account associated with your order, and your purchases are visible from your ACScripts dashboard once you sign in.

If a product has not arrived shortly after a successful payment, please reach out to us on Discord with your order details and we’ll resolve it.

Because our products are digital goods that are delivered immediately and cannot be “returned,” all sales are generally final. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase — if a product is broken, materially not as described, or you were charged in error, contact us on Discord and we’ll review your case in good faith. The refund details shown on each product page and at checkout apply to that purchase.

You can sign in with Discord or with an email magic-link. You are responsible for keeping access to your login method secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you sign in with Discord and email that share the same address, they are treated as the same account. Let us know immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

All products, source code, designs, logos, text, and other materials on the Service are owned by ACScripts or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Buying a product grants you a license to use it — it does not transfer ownership or any intellectual-property rights to you.

The Service relies on third parties including Cfx.re / FiveM, Discord, and Tebex. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

The Service and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that a product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every server configuration, framework version, or third-party resource. You are responsible for testing products in your own environment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ACScripts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or server uptime arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service and revoke product licenses if you breach these Terms — for example, by leaking or redistributing a product. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may also be announced in our Discord. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
